You consent to giving us this “personal data” by providing it to us voluntarily through our Applications. You may provide some of this information when you create an account, register or subscribe to use the Applications or otherwise input information into the Applications. The Company maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect such information, including the use of encryption and access controls. However, no security measures are infallible, and the Company cannot guarantee that such information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

More About IP Addresses: An “IP address” is a unique number that is automatically assigned to your device when you connect to the Internet. It is used to identify your device’s “location” in cyberspace, so that the information you request can be delivered to you. IP addresses do not include your name, email or other information that identifies you personally, but in some cases, they can be used to identify you. For example, if you have registered with our website or Applications, we may link your IP address to account information that identifies you personally. We may also provide your IP address to our third-party service providers who can use it to identify your state and zip code. This gives us valuable demographic information about the individuals who use our Applications.
Financial Data: Financial data relates to your credit card or bank transfer details used to purchase services or products through our Applications. We do not store financial data. Financial data is transferred or provided directly by you to our payment processors (including application stores where the Application is available) which are subject to change from time to time. Please take the time to review these processors’ privacy policies to determine how they use and protect your financial data.
How We Use Your Information
Your information allows us to offer you certain products and services, including the use of our Applications, to fulfill our obligations to you, to customize your interaction with us and our Applications and to allow us to suggest other products and services we think might interest you. We generally store your data and transmit it to a third party for processing. However, to the extent we process your data, we do so to serve our legitimate business interests (such as providing you with the opportunity to purchase our products or services and interact with our Applications).
You may, at any time, opt out of receiving any information from us. Your information may be aggregated with other users’ information on a purely non-identifiable basis to enable us to understand how our services and/or products are used so that we may make any necessary improvements or adjustments.
We do not sell personal data.
Why We Share Your Information
There are situations where we may share your information with a third party. The following are specific reasons why we may share your information:
Third-Party Processing: We may disclose your information to third parties who assist us with various tasks, including payment processing, hosting services and email delivery. We may not always disclose these third-party processors if not required by law.
Related Parties: We may disclose your information to our subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, service providers and other third parties that we use to support our business or to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our Applications users is among the assets transferred.
By Law: We will disclose your personal information if required by law, court order or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
Security and Prevention: We may disclose your personal information to detect, prevent or otherwise address suspected fraud, security or technical issues, or to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of us, our users or the general public, as required or permitted by law. We may use your information to enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
Interaction with Others: If you interact with others in a group related to any services or products you participate in that are offered by us, other participants may have access to some of your data, including your name, your history of interaction within those groups and any other information that you share.
External Links: Our Applications may include hyperlinks to other websites, so please be cautious when clicking these links to outside websites. We do not regularly monitor these sites and are not responsible for the privacy policies of these sites. Please review these privacy policies because they are different from ours and we do not control those privacy policies. Any personal data you choose to provide to, or that is collected by, such third parties is not in any way covered by this Policy. A link to another website from our Applications does not constitute an endorsement or representation about the value, quality or usefulness of anything found on that third-party website.
